Welcome to my personal website...I'm making this simple as possible. The photos should be the primary
media as I tell my story and even my friends' way of life in the so-called The Kingdom.
I developed tips also for OFWs esp the first-timers and those who plan
to work here.
Riyadh is my second home and everyday, as I learn its culture, language,
people and even the change of weather (extreme heat and extreme cold), I
slowly yet surely become one with it.
Well, I'll no longer bore you with words, just click the links above and
learn about Saudi Arabia through the eye of my digital camera and also
my friends'. Every click is history created...every second counts.
Shukran! (Salamat! Thanks!)

NOTE:
This website, so long I'm in KSA, will become a place
where you will not only find pictures but also Arabic tutorials
(check at the right side and below)
and someday illustrated Overseas Worker 101 Survival Tips based
from own experiences. Plus I want to share my music and I'll
be glad if you share these original songs to your friends too. :)

More Basic yet helpful Arabic Vocabularies
(February 12 update)
1. Open - Eftah ( Eftah Hada Folder - Open this Folder)
* Hada=This
2. Close - Saker (Saker Hada Maktab - Close this Office)
3. Kam - How much/How many (Kam Foloos - How much Money?) *Foloos=Money
When you go to the Souk (Market): Kam Hada Samak? = How Much is
(the/this) fish? * Samak=Fish
or simply point the fish and say "Kam Hada? or "Kam?"
4. When you go to a clinic for medical or when you apply for your
company I.D.:
Inta/Inti Fi 2x2 Sora? - (You) Have 2x2 Photo(s)? * Inta

5. Inta/Inti Filipini? (Are you Filipino?) Nationalities usually

6. Gib is an Arab word which was taken from the English word
Give. It also means Give (Why B? Coz there's no V in Arabic language) /
Manhak is the Arabic term for Give but Gib is already acceptable
and very popular among Arabs and expats.
7. Ashra (10) - Remember this coz you need this to tell the
taxicab driver you want to go to a certain place for 10 riyals even in
reality it could reach 15 or 20 riyals. Don't go inside the taxi yet
when you ask for "discount". Make sure the driver agrees with your price
which is Ashra before you go inside the cab.
